Job summary

Ball Corporation’s Kapolei, HI plant seeks a Plant Electrical/Process Supervisor. You will lead electricians, manage maintenance and PMs, and drive safe, compliant operations to maximize equipment availability and throughput.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance supervision, electrical maintenance, and Rockwell PLCs, with a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and willingness to work weekends/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two+ years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with industrial electrical maintenance.
• Two+ years of experience with PLCs, preferably Rockwell.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians; manage maintenance work orders and PMs.
• Oversee life cycle of maintenance equipment and electrical resources.
• Drive safety, compliance and environmental requirements in the plant.
• Coordinate with outside services and contractors for maintenance work.
• Mentor staff and provide technical training to the team.
• Maintain daily logs and reports for scheduled and unscheduled work.
