Job summary

You will lead improvement projects, review contractor quotes, analyze failure data, train technicians, and ensure NEC compliance while supporting operations during on-call rotations. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, strong communication, and ability to work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical systems across the plant.
• Coordinate and manage plant improvement projects, including cost controls.
• Interpret designs from drawings and documentation.
• Evaluate contractor and vendor quotations through written and verbal communication.
• Analyze failure data to determine causes and develop solutions.
• Generate reports for management from data analysis.
• Test and repair electrical/electronic devices.
• Develop and conduct installation and maintenance training.
• Supervise technicians and production personnel as needed.
• Train electrical technicians in maintenance responsibilities.
• Ensure all plant work adheres to NEC standards.
• Be available for emergency call-out and on-call rotation.
