Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational education desirable.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Read electrical schematics and diagrams; troubleshoot electrical motors and controls.
• Provide timely maintenance support coordinating with production personnel.
• Maintain good housekeeping in assigned areas.
