Tillamook seeks a Plant EHS & Safety Manager to protect employee health and safety, champion environmental stewardship, and ensure regulatory compliance at the Boardman site. You will lead EHS programs, drive continuous improvement, and partner with site leadership to foster a world-class EHS culture.

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will develop proactive engagement strategies, manage workers’ compensation processes, and administer site security programs in alignment with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in EHS functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute the site’s EHS strategy aligning with regulatory guidance.
• Administer site EHS programs including training, workers’ comp, incentives, and compliance.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and hazard assessments for continuous improvement.
• Develop and deliver EHS and security training to meet annual compliance requirements.
• Support the EHS committee with clear communication and follow-through on actions.
• Track and report EHS metrics highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
• Manage workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work documentation.
• Improve site security programs in line with corporate policies.
