Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager for the Wayland, MI plant. You will lead EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture across the site.

The role requires strong knowledge of EHS regulations, 5+ years in manufacturing, and impact-driven leadership to reduce risk and improve safety metrics. On-site, first shift, with some schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing with EHS program oversight.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and initiatives at the Wayland, MI plant.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
• Oversee incident management, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate training, certifications, and documentation for EHS activities.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
