Pacific Coast Producers is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for its Woodland, CA facility. This hands-on role leads site EHS programs, ensuring compliance and safeguarding workers in a food production environment.

You’ll develop procedures, conduct audits, deliver training, and coordinate with regulators and stakeholders to uphold safety and environmental standards. A strong manufacturing background and certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in food production or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and oversight of the site EHS programs.
• Develop and implement EHS procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for compliance.
• Collaborate with staff to mitigate hazards and unsafe practices.
• Serve as primary EHS contact for third parties and regulators.
• Assist with workers’ compensation investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare and present EHS reports.
• Deliver EHS training and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation drills.
• Undertake additional duties to support EHS objectives.
