Amrize Building Envelope seeks an EHS Regional Manager to oversee environmental, health, safety, and sustainability across multiple US sites from its base in Waukesha, WI. The role drives compliant policies and continuous improvement in safety, regulatory adherence, and environmental performance.

You will lead OSHA/EPA programs, foster a culture of safety, and coordinate audits, incidents, and actions regionally while aligning with business unit goals and ISO 14001 initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/University Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health or Related Technical Discipline.
• 8+ years EHS experience; ISO 14001 certification; Manufacturing and distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to adapt in a fast-paced environment; show initiative and self-motivation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Administer OSHA and EPA compliance programs across sites with zero-incident and full environmental compliance targets.
• Promote safety culture and sustainability; engage stakeholders regionally to drive improvement.
• Monitor HSE policies and processes; recommend improvements to achieve results.
• Drive implementation of HSE strategies to support business unit goals and compliance.
• Maintain system for reporting, investigating, and trending EHS incidents and actions.
• Lead HSE audits and coordinate with facilities to resolve gaps and develop action plans.
