Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HSE Manager to lead Environmental, Health, Safety and Security at the Prescott site in Arkansas. You will own safety KPIs, champion behavior-based safety, and partner with plant leadership to integrate risk management into operations.

The role requires 8+ years in EHS, ISO 14001 experience, and strong leadership. You will drive audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a resilient, safe workplace across a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health or related discipline.
• 8+ years of environmental, safety and health experience; ISO 14001 certification experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business judgment and ability to apply legal and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Own plant safety KPIs and initiatives.
• Drive the Safety Program in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, Distribution Center teams and Quality managers.
• Identify and mitigate HSE risks using reactive, preventative and proactive activities.
• Promote a culture of safety and engage stakeholders across the site.
