Amrize is seeking an experienced HSE Regional Manager to lead environmental, health and safety efforts for its Building Envelope sites across the United States. Based in Waukesha, WI, you will implement policies, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.

You will lead incident reporting, training, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to protect people and the environment while supporting business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years environmental, safety and health experience.
• Experience with ISO 14001 certification program.
• Industry Preference: Manufacturing and distribution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Administer OSHA and EPA compliance programs across the region.
• Engage and influence teams to develop safety and environmental excellence.
• Monitor policies and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead implementation of HSE strategies to support unit goals.
• Identify, report, investigate, and trend EHS incidents and actions.
• Coordinate HSE audits and regulatory inspections.
