Job summary

We are seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts at our Evansville, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. This is a plant-based leadership role focused on preventing injuries, strengthening compliance, and improving how work gets done.

You will work with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership to identify hazards, assess risk, and implement corrective actions while maintaining OSHA and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHS programs in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental compliance, incident investigation and risk assessment.
• Ability to build trust across hourly and salaried teams while upholding safety standards.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with clear recommendations to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's EHS strategy, programs and daily safety presence across the manufacturing operation.
• Partner with production, maintenance, engineering and leadership to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental compliance and keep audit-ready records.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective-action plans.
