Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Manufacturing Plant Director in Oregon to lead all plant operations, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and manage capital investments. This role requires a seasoned leader with strategic vision and a proven track record in large-scale manufacturing.

You will oversee manufacturing, quality, maintenance, engineering, safety, and workforce management, while developing and executing operational strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or Operations related discipline preferred.
• 10-12 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• 2-4 years leading a manufacturing plant, business unit, or large operations organization.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all manufacturing and warehouse operations to achieve targets and company goals.
• Safety, Health, Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
• Quality Management: Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Facility, Machinery, Equipment and Capex management: Manage facilities and equipment, and plan future investments.
• Financial Performance: Own plant P&L and drive cost reduction while maintaining quality and service.
• People Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and foster inclusion.
