Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Manufacturing Line Manager to lead a 24/7 production line in Caldwell, Idaho. You will drive safety, quality, and cost performance while coaching a diverse team across shifts and building robust maintenance and capital plans.

Responsibilities include DDS leadership, 90-day loss-elimination plans, and developing managers to create a high-performing, engaged workforce. A strong background in engineering/industrial maintenance and beverage operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years as manufacturing/operations supervisor with Bachelor's or 4+ years with HS/GED.
• 4+ years beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations experience.
• Knowledge of data analytics and KPI measurement for manufacturing systems.
• Ability to manage 24/7 operations and develop managers within the operation.
• Proven leadership to build engaged, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• 24-hours multiple shift accountability for safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and morale.
• Leads DDS meetings and coaches line leaders in this process.
• Executes 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and maintenance plans.
• Sets direction for the production line and oversees staff operating the line.
• Owns defect handling and incident elimination Daily Management Systems.
• Partners with line leadership to improve DDS effectiveness and team capability.
• Provides development and coaching to direct reports and oversees recruiting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
