Tecomet, Inc. is seeking a Plant Director to lead operations across a complex facility, overseeing safety, quality, production, engineering, supply chain and customer service. The role holds full P&L accountability and drives continuous improvement for profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will develop strategic plans, ensure regulatory compliance, manage NPI, and optimize resources while building a high-performance team across multiple functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred for this leadership role.
• Significant experience leading manufacturing operations and lean programs.

Aufgaben

• Foster safety, quality, schedule, and cost with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Oversee daily plant operations ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans with ISO, FDA, EPA, OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead NPI execution ensuring on-time, on-quality, and on-cost results.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, cost control and profitability.
• Drive Lean Operating System culture and roadmap for breakthrough performance.
• Build a high-performance, cross-functional team and develop leadership capabilities.
