Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive a robust HSES program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation and risk assessments.
• Ensure Mechanical Integrity programs and effective MOC processes.
• Develop and manage capital planning to improve safety, environment, and profitability.
• Coach and develop plant leadership to achieve corporate goals.
• Collaborate with HSSE, Finance, Logistics, and HR to align operations.
