Job summary

Digital Room seeks a Plant Director in Wallingford, CT to lead the manufacturing facility end-to-end. You will drive daily operations, safety, quality and productivity while aligning staffing, scheduling and resources to meet customer demand.

You will partner with the General Manager to translate business goals into practical plans, manage budgets, and develop future leaders within a high-performance team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations roles.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with ERP and operational planning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior operational leader for the manufacturing facility and oversee multiple departments.
• Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans and drive improvements.
• Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet demand, scheduling and resources.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics for safety, quality, productivity and delivery.
