Job summary

Consumer Connection, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Plant Director to take ownership of plant performance, drive accountability, and unlock capacity in a growing food manufacturing operation.

The role requires leading day-to-day operations, driving KPI performance including OEE and cost, and developing leaders to build a high-performance plant culture while owning the plant budget and overall operational results.
