Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Plant Director based in Northford, Connecticut to lead one of its flagship manufacturing and distribution sites for fire, life safety, and building management solutions worldwide.

You'll drive world-class manufacturing performance, lead a large cross-functional team, and champion Lean and Six Sigma while delivering safety, quality, and cost improvements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational plant management experience.
• Proven track record of operational transformation and performance improvement.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a large-scale manufacturing and distribution site.
• Lead and develop a multi-layer leadership team.
• Drive safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement culture.
• Deliver excellence across quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and inventory.
• Develop site strategies to support growth and commitments.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, and HSE.
• Lead organizational and cultural transformation efforts across the site.
