The role requires leading day-to-day operations, driving KPI performance including OEE and cost, and developing leaders to build a high-performance plant culture while owning the plant budget and overall operational results.

Qualifications

• Experienced Plant/Manufacturing leader.
• Strong people manager with hourly workforce experience.
• Hands-on, floor-oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations and frontline teams.
• Drive KPIs, OEE, labor efficiency, throughput, and cost performance.
• Establish standard work and operational discipline.
• Reduce waste, scrap, downtime, and variability.
• Partner closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation.
• Develop leaders and build a high-performance plant culture.
• Own plant budget and operational performance.
