Ocean Spray in Breinigsville, PA seeks a Plant Director to oversee blending, production, and on-line quality, driving productivity and customer satisfaction. You will hire and develop staff, manage plant performance metrics, and lead safety and environmental health practices.

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA in business administration or industrial engineering and at least 5 years in manufacturing leadership, including union/non-union settings, with strong communication and strategic execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management/supervisory role in manufacturing plants in the food/beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage staff and labor relations.

The Plant Director will also communicate with local and corporate staff, recommend and implement operational improvements, and participate in plant and corporate projects.
