Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee distribution for assigned facilities, manage supply chain budgets, and direct plant receiving and transportation operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives, develop capabilities, and manage change processes. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, FSQA program support, and building supply chain teams for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or closely related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Experience with transportation and 3PL management
• Proven track record in leading multi-site supply chain operations
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization
• Analytical mindset with strong math skills
• Knowledge of inventory management systems/software (SAP, Red Prairie)

Responsabilités

• Oversee receiving, operations planning and distribution/transportation for assigned facilities
• Review master production plans and capacity to balance productivity and inventory
• Create and manage supply chain operating budgets
• Lead change initiatives and drive improvements across plant activities
• Build capability to flex teams, resources and materials as needed
• Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure adherence to budgets and processes
• Align short- and long-range production plans with corporate objectives
• Develop, coach and appraise supply chain staff to foster performance
• Serve as a key member of the supply chain network to develop functional capability
• Promote and ensure food safety and quality programs
