Job summary

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, coach leadership teams, ensure GMP and regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including progressive responsibility within food manufacturing.
• 7+ years of experience serving as a Plant Manager, Site Leader, Director of Operations, or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, and manufacturing best practices.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related operational improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, driving change, and improving plant performance.
