What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Strong experience implementing and managing operational KPIs.
• Background in tooling, metal stamping, precision manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Proven success with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people and solving problems on the floor.
• Track record of leading change and improving quality and operational performance.
