Weiser Security Services, Inc. seeks a Site Credentialing Specialist to manage employee, contractor, and visitor badging at the plant badging office. The role ensures MTSA/DHS compliance and accurate access control within a chemical manufacturing environment.

The candidate will verify TWICs, update enterprise PACS (Lenel/C-CURE/Software House), and maintain detailed audit trails while delivering professional customer service in a high-volume setting.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or security certification preferred.
• 2+ years in security credentialing, access control, or badging operations in heavy industry.
• Active TWIC credential at hire and pass background/drug screenings.
• Experience with enterprise PACS systems and badging software; MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with plant safety procedures, ISNetworld/DISA contractor clearance, and Facility Security Plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strict confidentiality and ability to manage high-volume outages.

Responsabilidades

• Process new hire badging, contractor onboarding, and visitor clearances.
• Audit badge databases, vehicle access, and contractor clearance status.
• Manage PACS user profiles and encode/print RFID badges with zonal access.
• Coordinate badging appointments and resolve access disputes.
• Maintain logs of badges, lost/stolen cards, and temporary passes; generate real-time reports for emergencies.
• Oversee badge stock, printer ribbons, and basic badging hardware maintenance.
