Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• Experience in controlling, or significant apprenticeship in controlling in an industrial environment.
• Computer literate with good IT systems knowledge.
• Solid accounting knowledge and business partner mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Faurecia’s Finance Rotational Program (VIE) for two years, gaining hands-on experience in Plant Controlling and Program or R&D Controlling.
• Support operational teams and influence decisions as a business partner.
• Develop strong business acumen, expand your network, and grow into a future finance leader.
