Job summary

Roche Holding AG invites recent graduates to join a two-year Finance Rotation Development Program in the United States. You will rotate across four DIA Finance chapters, gaining exposure to Enterprise Center of Excellence, Commercial Finance, and R&D projects.

Roles include leadership opportunities such as Product Owner and ongoing mentorship from senior managers. Upon successful completion, opportunities for Enterprise Finance Business Partner roles within DIA Finance may arise.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Informatics.
• GPA 3.0 or higher; graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Experience: 1–2 years including internships; healthcare/consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four DIA Finance chapters over two years.
• Assume leadership roles (e.g., Product Owner) in at least one assignment.
• Receive mentorship from senior managers and potential enterprise finance partner roles after program.
