dormakaba Americas is seeking a Plant Controller in Reamstown, PA to partner with operations and finance teams, delivering financial insight and driving plant performance. The role focuses on controlling, accounting close, variance analysis, and cost planning for the Reamstown plant.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in plant FP&A/Accounting leadership, experience with ERP systems, and a manufacturing background. MBA/CPA and SAP/AS400 experience are preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience as Plant Controller or in similar FP&A/Accounting leadership roles.
• Working knowledge in a manufacturing environment with standard based accounting system.
• Experience in ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance business partner for plant management, regional executives, and global finance teams.
• Execute monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of all financial results.
• Provide detailed recurring analysis of income statements/balance sheets, variance explanations and driver-based variance analysis.
• Organize and prepare for the business annual budgets, standard cost updates, planning processes and forecasting “Cost of Goods Sold.”
• Work with the operations team to develop financial plans aligned to operational goals and 12-month rolling forecast cadence.
