Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years at senior/executive level.
• Deep knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and complex manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategy aligned with corporate vision.
• Lead daily operations across the vertically integrated manufacturing value stream.
• Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
