Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Plant Controller based in Reamstown, PA. The Plant Controller is responsible for contributing to the North Americas Finance team, partnering with operations, procurement and supply chain to support the plant in Reamstown and provide meaningful performance insight and drive financial management processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous controlling or accounting responsibilities including financial steering within a plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years as Plant Controller or FP&A/Accounting leadership.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with standard costing.
• Experience with ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance partner for plant management, regional executives, and global finance teams to ensure translation of strategic goals into operational plans for plant efficiency.
• Execute monthly, quarterly and year-end close to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of all financial results.
• Provide detailed recurring analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and driver-based variance analysis.
• Organize and prepare the annual budgets, standard cost updates, planning processes and forecasting Cost of Goods Sold.
• Work with operations to develop financial plans aligned to goals and integrate into the 12-month rolling forecast cadence.
