Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Controller to lead the monthly close for the Parsons plant and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will analyze P&L results, manage balance sheet reconciliations, capex tracking, and KPI reporting in a manufacturing setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and five years of accounting leadership experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and internal controls; SOX knowledge required.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the monthly financial close for the plant and shared service center.
• Analyze monthly P&L results and validate key finance and plant metrics.
• Ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly reserve reviews.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting for the facility.
• Collaborate with operations on standard costing, PPV, and capitalization timing.
• Monitor fixed assets, payroll analysis, and internal control procedures.
