Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 10 years of experience in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience managing a team within a multi-site food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant cost accounting, production costing, variances, and efficiency tracking.
• Manage ERP system usage and cost accounting policies aligned with financial goals.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and supply chain to align cost objectives and pricing strategies.
• Provide financial forecasting, budgeting support, and strategic financial insights for decision-making.
• Prepare plant-level financial reports and present to leadership with actionable insights.
