Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Plant Controller to lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Internal Supply across multiple facilities. The role partners with Operations and HR to drive performance, supports month-end close, and ensures internal controls while working with local leadership.

The position can be based in Millersburg, PA or Fife, WA, offering a strategic finance partnership across three plants and opportunity to influence capital projects and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Seven+ years in Finance/Accounting with progressive responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience highly valued; CI/Lean experience valued.
• Proficiency in month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and HR as a strategic business partner.
• Develop monthly financial and operational forecasts and annual operating plans with location management.
• Analyze location performance and drive improvements with functional leads.
• Support month-end close and maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers.
