Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience in a standard costing environment.
• Excellent communication and management skills to lead a team and meet site/business demands.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems, business software, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions and GAAP financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets, capital documentation, and asset acquisitions.
