Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience with cost accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with audits.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate across departments.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance functions.
• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage fixed assets, capital documentation, and asset acquisitions.
• Prepare data forecasts and support budgeting processes.
• Drive cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead development of key performance metrics and management meetings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and SOX compliance.
• Mentor and coach management teams on financial performance basics.
