Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, inventory management, and operational accounting environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business software applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month end close activities with accurate and timely results.
• Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial analysis, cost insights, and support strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and variance analysis to improve performance.
• Manage product costing, operational financial reporting, and profitability analysis for manufacturing objectives.
• Develop and mentor finance staff while driving process improvements, internal controls, and audit readiness.
