Job summary

CPG Talent Management LLC's Glendale, AZ facility seeks a Plant Controller to lead finance for the plant, partnering with operations and corporate teams to drive cost control, standard costing, and robust financial processes.

The role covers month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, ERP/GL controls, and support for production initiatives, with a focus on accuracy of inventory and meaningful management reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong track record in month end close and financial analysis.
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with cost accounting and standard product costing is preferred.
• Ability to analyze financials to identify cost savings and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of standard product costs and variance analysis.
• Manage month-end close, inventory accuracy, and reporting.
• Oversee plant TTB compliance and internal controls.
• Budgeting and forecasting for annual plans and periodic forecasts.
• Provide financial support for operational initiatives and productivity projects.
