Albemarle is hiring a Plant Controller for Magnolia, AR (on-site). You will lead the site’s financial performance, partner with operations, and translate data into actionable insights to improve cost, cash, productivity, and profitability.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, close processes, cost analysis, and reporting, while ensuring internal controls and cross-functional influence across finance and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 8+ years in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, plant controlling, or site finance business partnering.
• Advanced SAP expertise for finance and production data analysis.
• Expert-level Excel and financial-modeling skills; dashboards in BI tools.
• Lean Six Sigma or MBA preferred; CPA/CMA/CFA encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Plant leadership to drive financial accountability and cost discipline.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, manufacturing accounting, standard costing, and reporting.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close with reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Develop driver-based models, dashboards, and automated reporting using SAP and BI tools.
• Improve productivity, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.
• Evaluate capital projects and post-investment benefits.
• Ensure US GAAP/SOX compliance and internal controls.
