Albemarle Corporation in Magnolia, AR seeks a Plant Controller to lead the site’s financial planning, reporting, and cost management. This role partners with Plant Manager and operations to drive profitability, cost discipline, and data-driven decisions using SAP and BI tools.

You'll own budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, inventory valuation, and capital project evaluation, while building dashboards and ensuring SOX/compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or quantitative field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience; 5+ years in FP&A or site finance.
• Advanced SAP expertise—FI/COPA, MM, Purchasing, and production data.
• Expert Excel and financial modeling; BI tools experience (Power BI, SQL).
• CPA/CMA/CFA or MBA preferred; Lean Six Sigma advantageous.
• Fluent English; able to operate in a matrix organization.

Aufgaben

• Own plant financial planning and performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Analyze performance vs budget and forecast; identify variances and actions.
• Develop driver-based models and dashboards using SAP and BI tools.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, maintenance, and procurement.
