Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years’ experience in Finance, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in large and complex manufacturing environments.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO and digitalization/automation tools (Tableau, Snowflake, KNIME, PowerBI).
• Strong networking, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting understanding.
• Experience in developing and directing teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
