The role requires 8+ years in finance within industrial manufacturing, strong SAP FI/CO expertise, and experience with Tableau/PowerBI. On-site position with broad exposure to leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge and experience with digitalization/automation tools (Tableau, Snowflake, KNIME, PowerBI, AI).
• Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial aspects of the plant startup and ongoing operations.
• Partner with Plant Manager and leadership team to drive planning, controlling, and KPIs.
• Develop and implement internal controls and improve cost and process optimization.
• Recruit, manage, and develop finance team members to meet targets.
