Responsibilities

• Analyze and forecast manufacturing variances to identify trends.
• Partner with plant management to drive productivity savings.
• Develop and maintain cost standards for all products.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for department and plant.
• Oversee annual capital budget and ROI analysis.
• Ensure monthly close and accurate reporting.
• Support audits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support plant operations.
