Job summary

Greenlight Resources is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations for two facilities in Willis, TX. This role partners with plant leadership and the North America finance team to drive performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic decision-making.

You will own month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and standard costing, while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with corporate policies. In-person, on-site role with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or cost accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting experience.
• Deep understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant controlling activities: month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Oversee standard costing, inventory control, CAPEX, fixed assets, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Manage tariff-related cost tracking, customer surcharge invoicing, and support AR to improve working capital.

A growing manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations for two facilities. This role partners closely with plant leadership and the North America finance team to drive performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant controlling activities: month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Partner with plant leadership to deliver financial analysis, recommendations, and performance insights.

• Oversee standard costing, inventory control, CAPEX, fixed assets, and cost-improvement initiatives.

• Manage tariff-related cost tracking, customer surcharge invoicing, and support AR to improve working capital.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred

• Multi-site manufacturing finance experience.

• SAP and Hyperion/HYPKA experience.

• CPA or CMA a plus.

Compensation & Details

• $110K-$125K base salary
