Job summary

Engtal seeks a hands-on Plant Controller in Geneva, IL to serve as the financial backbone of our manufacturing operations. You will own the numbers behind day-to-day production, translate activity into insight, and partner with operations staff to drive efficiencies.

You will lead the monthly close, rolling forecast, and annual budget for two facilities, monitor labor cost by line and machine, and contribute to ERP implementation while staying hands-on on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least five years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Comfort working on the plant floor to observe operations and identify savings opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Track and explain plant financial and operational performance metrics.
• Partner with Plant Manager to build and monitor monthly production plans.
• Analyze plant P&L and present results to leadership.
• Support monthly close, rolling forecast, and standard cost refreshes.
• Assist in annual plant budgeting and ERP rollout.
