Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 10+ years of financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, general ledger, and audits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing finance environments and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and FP&A for the site to drive financial excellence.
• Oversee close processes, general ledger, cost accounting, budgeting, and analyses.
• Drive inventory working capital optimization and continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly consolidated financial reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities and maintain controls.
• Communicate financial status to senior leadership and align with site goals.
