Job summary

ProAmpac in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a $100M+ revenue manufacturing site. The role partners closely with plant leadership to drive financial excellence and provide strategic financial guidance.

You will oversee close, general ledger, cost accounting, budgeting, inventory working capital, and analytical projects while aligning with organizational goals. This role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of financial management in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience with cost accounting and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidentiality and integrity required.
• Proficient in MS Office; Visio, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial policies with significant site impact.
• Analyze data and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Partner with site leadership to drive financial excellence.
• Align department strategy with company goals.
• Strengthen internal communications about financial goals.
• Support inventory working capital management and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate audit activity and prepare ad hoc analyses.
• Manage close processes, GL, budgeting and reporting.
