Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Plant Controller to join our manufacturing team in Torrance, CA. You will oversee all financial and accounting functions at the plant, including cost accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership of the finance group.

With 5+ years in a similar manufacturing role, you will develop strategies to drive growth, reduce costs, ensure compliance, and provide actionable financial insights to senior management. This is an on-site, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar plant controller role.
• Strong cost accounting and financial planning expertise.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing cost systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant financial operations including cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
