Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. in Milford, Delaware seeks a Plant Manager to own P&L for one of our largest global manufacturing facilities.

You will drive site and regional operating plans, meeting production requirements safely and efficiently. You will oversee materials planning, outbound logistics, manufacturing engineering, quality, environmental compliance, sustainability, safety, training, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of manufacturing leadership, incl. 300+ employees.
• Experience building leadership teams and leading through change.
• Experience reading and managing financial statements.
• PM/change mgmt experience in engineer-to-order environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Lean manufacturing expertise with a Lean operating system.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks & best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manages the P&L for the facility and aims to achieve target operating margin.
• Develops short- and long-range planning, policies, programs, and objectives.
• Ensures production and quality requirements are met.
• Implements plant loading and resource plans to improve profitability.
• Directs department and managers to achieve operations goals.
• Communicates policies and decisions to all employees.
• Oversees safety, training, housekeeping, continuous improvement, security, sustainability, and compliance.
• Complies with applicable standards, laws, and procedures.
• Executes KPIs per BAC-X standards.
• Develops talent to meet current and future needs.
• Proactive corrective actions and budgeting responsibilities.
• Participates on cross-functional teams with sales/marketing, NPD, and global ops.
• Prepares performance reports.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
