Job summary

TalentBridge is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Plant Controller in Stone Mountain, GA to lead financial operations, cost accounting, and reporting for the facility. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level accounting close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and corporate finance on reporting and strategic planning.
