AHF Products is seeking a Plant Controller for the Cartersville, GA plant. The role partners with the Plant Manager and oversees manufacturing cost analysis, cost accounting, labor analysis, and monthly variance reporting to improve profitability and business processes.

Key duties include month-end close, BOM and cost studies, productivity tracking, and developing the annual plant budget. The role requires strong Excel skills and manufacturing accounting experience, with a focus on cost

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel experience.
• Must be able to complete background check, employment verification and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Close month-end reports and analyze variances to budget and forecast.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation.
• Prepare plant production and KPI reports.
• Cost modeling for new products, changes and improvements.
• Prepare economic cost studies for projects.
• Lead productivity reporting and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Support cost reduction opportunities and implementation.
• Modernize cost visibility within the plant.
• Develop monthly forecasts based on production drivers and KPIs.
• Inventory control and reconciliation, including cycle count adherence.
• Fixed asset control and reconciliation.
• Develop annual plant budget and standards in M3.
• Respond to internal customer requests.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to management.
• Teach and coach plant staff on cost drivers.
