Are you a seasoned finance leader ready to make a real impact on day one? We’re looking for a Plant Controller with CFO-level capability to step into a key leadership role within a global electronics manufacturing organization.

This is not your standard controller role — we need a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, drives operational excellence, and brings deep expertise in financial controls, reporting, and business partnering.

What You’ll Do

• Own all aspects of financial management at the plant: month-end close, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the plant and corporate leadership, providing insights that drive performance.
• Lead audits (internal, external, and SOX), ensuring compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and corporate policies.
• Develop, train, and mentor the accounting team, building a high-performance culture.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, cost accounting, fixed assets, and capital project justifications.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in manufacturing (Plant Controller, Finance Director, or CFO-level experience).
• Deep expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, cost accounting, and compliance.
• Strong background in audits, controls, and SOX compliance.
• Hands-on leadership style with proven ability to hit the ground running and add value immediately.
• Experience with budgeting and planning systems (OneStream, Blackline, or similar preferred).
