$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

The Plant Controller is responsible for partnering with Local Management and Corporate Finance to ensure that all corporate controls and guidelines are adhered to as required by a publicly held company. This role will perform financial analyses and present recommendations to management. Our client is a leading global supplier within the aerospace industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven analytical abilities, including strong accounting/financial, budgeting, business planning, and forecasting skills, with solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Self-starter capable of interacting closely with production, bidding, materials, and customer service, as well as the ability to identify and solve complex problems quickly
Ability to develop and deliver clear and convincing presentations to senior management, peers, and co-workers
Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with people at all levels and functions
Ability to work with a large volume of detail, producing accurate results within aggressive deadlines
Advanced level of computer skills in e-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessProficient MRP/ERP system skills
Creative and innovative approach to problem resolution
Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Leadership skills—people management, meeting facilitation, and customer support
Exceptional organization skills are required, with an emphasis on attention to detail
Knowledge of CAS and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Required Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of accounting experience, including working in a manufacturing environment
U.S. citizen is required

This position is full-time on-site with no virtual option. No Sponsorship is available for this position.
